Dream dialogue

Dreams speak but most people miss the language locked up in their dreams. The  Bible tells stories of individuals that experienced many extraordinary dreams. Let's explore one together.

The Butler's Dream

Genesis 40 vs. 9-10
 (9)And the chief butler told his dream to Joseph, and said to him, In my dream, behold, a vine was before me;
(10) And in the vine were three branches: and it was as though it budded, and her blossoms shot forth; and the clusters thereof brought forth ripe grapes: 
(11) And Pharaoh's cup was in my hand: and I took the grapes, and pressed them into Pharaoh's cup, and I gave the cup into Pharaoh's hand. The interpretation.

Genesis 40 vs. 12-13
 (12) And Joseph said unto him, This is the interpretation of it: The three branches are three days: 
(13) Yet within three days shall Pharaoh lift up thine head, and restore thee unto thy place: and thou shalt deliver Pharaoh's cup into his hand, after the former manner when thou wast his butler.

The butler's dream appeared to be a simple dream yet it had so many symbols that had to be deciphered to extract its meaning.

Joseph interpreted it by first looking at the branches and his interpretation showed that each branch symbolised a day. The blossoming of the branches meant restoration of the Butler's job. Then the final part had a direct interpretation.

Every dream can carry different symbols. I remember a dream I once interpreted. In my interpretation, the Lord allowed the dreamer to correct her human resources isssues and how she was losing clients because of her workers. A dream can hold keys to basic issues of every day life. And the Lord uses them to direct us and lead us.

Begin to treasure your dreams and seek understanding of each dream.

2: trees - leaders, life, days, influence, fruitfulness (Daniel 4 vs 20)

Acquiring the ability to understand your dreams and even visions by unlocking deep secrets or even your own hidden feelings.

 The Lord warned king Nebuchadnezzar in a dream. The dream showed how he would lose his mind and would live among animals until he acknowledged God.

When Daniel interpreted the dream, he warned the king of the impending danger. But the king would not follow through the instructions.

Dreams can lock within themselves hidden feelings of the heart that can hinder your progress or even bring you failure.

Here is an example of a warning dream and the interpretation. A young lady once sent me a dream of how she noticed a young man of her age looking through a window as she was dressing and later her pastor in the same dream told her to break of the relationship with this boy. She told me how they where just friends.

When I interpreted the dream, I warned her how the young man has intentions and how the dream was a warning against them. That they should not be in a relationship and how the young man wanted to take advantage of her sexually.

 Some dreams carry warnings and a change in attitude can change any negative outcomes. If King Nebuchadnezzar would have changed his attitude it would have shifted God's judgement against him.

My prayer is that you will begin to look closely at every dream and that you will acquire an ability to interpret your own dream.

Every dream can lead to either your promotion if you follow through the instructions locked up within it. I have interpreted thousands of dreams and realised every dream carries different symbols but they can be uniform symbols.  Today will include a few symbols.

Five Animal dream symbols

1. Frog - spirit of lust

2: Black Panther - high level witchcraft, demonic activity, works in darkness.

3. Pig – Ignorance, hypocrisy, religious unbelievers, unclean people, selfish, gluttonous, vicious, vengeful.

4. Rat – feeds on garbage or impurities, unclean spirit, invader.

5. Octopus – Jezebel Spirit because of the tentacles

 Five Colour symbols

1. Red – Wisdom, anointing, & power Negative – anger, war.

2. Blue – revelation, communion Negative – depression, sorrow, anxiety.

3. Green – growth, prosperity, conscious Negative – envy, jealousy, pride.

4. Brown – compassion, humility Negative – compromise, humanism.

5. Gold/amber – purity, glory, holiness Negative – idolatry, defilement, licentiousness.

As I went through the word of God I noticed that God would sometimes instruct his children differently and every prophet, king or individual would have to fulfill different instructions in order to see the the fulfilment of the word of the Lord over their lives.

Daniel was a man who lived a fasted life and this gave him understanding of visions and dreams. Samson had to keep his hair long and when he lost his hair, he subsequently lost his anointing.

I noticed how when King Saul was anointed, he would prophesy when he came into the presence of prophets and would be turned into another man (1 Samuel 10 vs 10). He qualified for the new position because of the new man that he became.

The secret to the activation of the prophetic word on his life was the music and the prophetic actions he did. The promise of the kingship anointing was to the house of Judah. Saul was not from that tribe and did not possess the characters of the children from that house.

 So when he did that prophetic action his heart became like those of the house of Judah and he had to maintain it by being a man of worship, which was what activated the anointing on his life.

The actions he did on the day he prophesied were the actions he was to take in his whole life as a king but he lost the anointing.

There are things you did to get to the top and if you stop doing them, there is a possibility you will lose that position.

The fact that we have majored on the minor has blinded us to the reality of greater truths of the realm of the spirit.

Most teachings on the realm of the spirit are centred on demons and different kinds of demonic operations. Every Christian has heard about the spirit of Jezebel but a few even know about ish-shaw (These are angelic spirits found in the Bible, specifically Zech 5 vs 9 winged woman).

When I read the book of Revelations and saw the creatures on the throne and how one would have the face of a lion, I was excited and marvelled at the creativity of God (Rev 4 vs 7- 8). They are so many creatures and angels, even animals in the realm on the spirit. The Bible speaks of the horn of the unicorn. Can such a creature be there?  (Numbers 23 vs 22, Psalms 22 vs 21).

The church has majored on the demons and demonic spirits. But there are so many unexplainable things in the realm of the spirit. The Bible has told us of these spiritual creatures but we have ignored them and allowed the enemy to suggest these to be folktales and reduced the reality of the realm of the spirit to just imagination.

But they are so many creatures within the realm of the spirit. Most people have know about demonic systems but little is known about these creatures.

Other spiritual beings

1; LIVING WHEELS or (o-fawn) Owphan i. The wheels of Ezekiel Chapter 1 were called “Owphan” or living wheels—apparently they were spiritual beings (Ezekiel 1:20). Wherever the spirit wanted to go, they went, because there the spirit went; and the wheels were lifted together with them, for the spirit of the living creatures was in the wheels.
ii. These (owphan) living wheels do not turn (Ezekiel 10:16)
iii. They make “great and thunderous noise” (Ezekiel 3:13)
iv. They have numerous eyes
v. They are the colour of beryl stone (most likely aquamarine in color)
vi. They contain coals of Þre to purify and for judgment (Ezekiel 10:6)
vii. They appear as a wheel of burning below the throne of God (Daniel 7 vs 9)

2 ; Ishshah (ish-shaw) Ashiym (naw-sheem)
i. Winged women who carried the evil woman away to Babylon.  Zechariah 5:9, "Then I raised my eyes and looked, and there were two women, coming with the wind in their wings; for they had wings like the wings of a stork, and they lifted up the basket between earth and heaven."
ii. These winged women come from heaven
 iii. They have feathered wings (kaw-nawf)
iv. The wings were filled  with the wind  the Hebraic word for spirit (ruwach, roo´-akh)
v. Carry the evil woman away to Babylon

The more we have taught about demons, the more we have made believers more conscious and fearful of them, thereby empowering them. The more we now learn more about the angels, the more we open ourselves up to them so that they become active in our lives.

The story of Nehemiah is one of the most inspiring stories in the Bible. Nehemiah did not see an angel or receive a specific prophetic word yet he was able to answer the call of God to rebuild the walls of Jerusalem.

He was called in the same period with Ezra and he was able to finish the walls and gates in a record time of 50 days. This was such amazing speed for a man that had no specific word from God.
I have talked to a lot of ministers who are discouraged because they did not see angels or a vision of Jesus confirming the call of God on their life.

Some would say if you have not see Jesus you can not be an Apostle. The challenge with such a belief is that it stops many from pursuing the work of God because they would not have heard a spectacular encounter. The story of Nehemiah should be an inspiration to many. He was driven by a desire to see the walls of his nation, which represented its glory, restored.

Nehamiah had a deep understanding of the word and he restored Israel to the laws of God.

Can you be driven by the love for God's people and a desire to see his church established even if you have not seen a vision or had an earth-shattering encounter.

Let's work in the field of the Lord and join hands to fulfill his purpose. The reason why Nehemiah was able to rebuild Jerusalem was because he was able to work with different teams and tribes. We need to put our hands to the  plough and reap a harvest for God.

Lets join hands to establish his purpose.

King Saul never sought a personal relationship with God. Although he was the king of Israel, there is no mention of Saul ever going to seek God in the sanctuary or even thinking of building a house for the Lord. The scriptures mention how the king only sought God for personal gain and he often approached the Lord in the wrong way. This led to his lose of the throne.

Samuel was the prophet who anointed both King Saul and King David yet there is great difference between the two kings. One was a man of the spirit the other a fleshly man.

Unlike Saul, King David had an intimate relationship with God and constantly pursued his Maker. The Bible shows us the fruit of his relationship with God. The challenge with King Saul was that he did not know God or desire to know Him but he wanted the benefits that he could get from God.

The Lord desires fellowship and in the Bible he even came walking in the garden with the desire to spend time conversing with Adam.

 [1]By night on my bed I sought him whom my soul loveth: I sought him, but found him not [2]I will rise now, and go about the city in the streets, and in the broadways I will seek him whom my soul loveth: I sought him but found him not. [3]The watchman that go about the city found me: to whom I said, saw ye him whom my soul loveth [4]It was but a little that I passed from them but I found him whom my soul loveth: I held him and would not let him go until I had brought him into my mother’s house and into her chamber of her that conceived me

Songs of Solomon 3vs.1-4

The woman in the above scripture woke up at night and found her lover gone. She immediately got up and went throughout the city in search of her lover. This shows a deep commitment to her relationship and as she went all over the city she meet the watch man who told her we have not seen your lover watch man are symbolic for ministers and shepherds put over God's flock. She passed the shepherds and found her lover just after the shepherds.

Her commitment to find her lover enabled her to find  him. You need such commitment in your pursuit of God. Develop a strong desire for fellowship. It is through such desire that knowledge is released. That knowledge allows you to discover a fresh relationship with God.

 I once read of a dear man of God who felt a burden to pray while walking in town. The atmosphere was not conducive for the type of prayer he wanted to make so he quickly got a hotel room and closed himself inside that room with a desire to just speak to the Lord. Such desire is a birthing place for an intimate relationship with God.

Let's push to the next level of fellowship.

Signs

From the moment Jesus was born, all the decisions he made and those made by his parents, Mary and Joseph, were in fulfilment of scripture.  The same applies even those made by his enemies. Could it be that the same way God planned Jesus' life could also be the way he planned yours? Are you walking in his plans for your life? Jeremiah 29 vs 11 speaks how God knows the plans he has for your life.

A lot of people don't believe in predestination. But we see it in Jesus' life. Could it be I have the responsibility to walk into the plans the Lord has set for me or it's automatic? Throughout scripture, I  noticed these where decisions made consciously and through obedience to the God's leading.

The challenge we have is that we assume that if we are walking in his plan for our lives, then it should just be sweet. The prophet Jeremiah, the one who was used to write the beautiful scripture we mentioned above, did not live a rosy life but faced resistance from the people and although he preached captivity, he himself did not go into captivity.

How do I align myself to his pre-ordained plan for me. Jesus, though he knew the pain of the cross, chose to endure it because he knew the harvest that would come.

Could it be that a lot of people move out of the plans of God because they want to avoid enduring the difficult times that willl lead to a glorious future?

The challange is you assume his plan does not have trying times and the lack of endurance may drive you away from his plan for you. The matter is about understanding his purposes. Some endure pains which are not part of his plans for them. It's beyond the joy or the pain.

It's only about his voice and fulfilling his purpose. Will you allign to his will today and walk into his pre-odained plans for you?

His voice is in his word and his plan for you is in scripture . Though his voice can be discovered and taught walking in his plans is a conscious effort one has to make .
